About

A wellness journey is a process of healing and growing, and I'm here, alongside you to help with it.
Incorporating therapy into your wellness journey can help bring awareness to any challenges you may be having, and help alleviate any negative emotions that may come with this. As a therapist, I offer a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore many of life's challenges. I work from a strength-based, trauma and culturally informed lens, and respect the uniqueness each individual brings. I value an eclectic, wholistic approach to therapy and wellness, in that, I draw from various therapeutic approaches to best fit your needs, while looking at and supporting all aspects of you as an individual. Some of the approaches I utilize are Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Somatic Experiencing Therapy (SE), as well as person-centred and mindfulness-based approaches.
I believe every individual has the capacity and power for positive change, and I am here to gently support and empower you to reach this potential. If you believe we would be a good fit, or want to know more about me or my services, you may book a complimentary consultation call at your convenience.
