When we experience trauma and chronic stress, we often become disconnected from our body. We sit in a state of survival, negatively impacting our mental and physical health. We're here to walk with you through reconnecting with yourself, healing what is holding you back from your full potential, learning healthy ways of navigating life and relationships, and unlearning unhelpful ways of coping. 

 

At Sage Coastal Counselling, we believe in a holistic model of wellness; we know that therapy and wellness are not a one size fits all. Our specialized approach is passionate about tailoring services to meet your unique and individual goals to ensure you receive high quality counselling and lasting results.

Sage Coastal Counselling currently provides virtual and phone counselling services to anyone in British Columbia. We offer daytime, evening, and weekend sessions and groups to fit your busy life.
