Individual therapy is a general term we use to describe one on one counselling with your therapist.
Within individual counselling, we may utilize various counselling modalities to best best fit your needs and presenting concerns. This may range from talk therapy to support you in life all the way to structured trauma therapies.

EMDR & TRAUMA COUNSELLING

With online counselling, we take the same approach of prioritizing the therapeutic relationship and using evidence-based specialties. We use secure video platforms to ensure privacy and safety.
RELATIONSHIP & COUPLES COUNSELLING
Relationships are difficult.
Relationship and couples counselling can help you and your partner(s) develop a deeper and more meaningful connection.
Therapy intensives provide a concentrated dose of therapy in a short period of time.
There are a variety of concerns and people this type of therapy can work for. We provide an in depth assessment to ensure it is a good fit for you.
