CAN EMDR AND DBT THERAPY BE DONE ONLINE?
All therapy specialties we utilize can be done virtually.
We even have a special program for virtual EMDR that makes it easily accessible with a pair of headphones and a computer. If you are hearing impaired, or do not have access to headphones and a computer, there are other ways we can still effectively administer EMDR therapy, such as tapping and eye-movements.
